The colours look nice. Was it an easy job with the IDAS and the astro mod ?

The camera had the blocking filter removed when I got it, but I had to dismantle it again to put the Baader filter in to restore the ability to use normal lenses (it's not that hard to do).

Only slightly tricky bit is that the filter holder was chucked during the original mod, so I had to attach the Baader filter with a little silicon adhesive. Worked out fine.

The IDAS is really easy to install - one screw to hold it in place in front of the flip mirror. You just can't use EF-S lenses with it as they hit the filter!

I know! But then it holds my secondary in my newt, so... They were minute blobs - applied to very edges with a toothpick!!
