Here's my image of M45 using Fsq 85 and canon 6d 12x3mins. I need to do some post processing to remove hot pixels as I've noticed some small blue streaks in the pics . Any comments/advice how to improve would be kindly appreciated.

Hi. Lovely shot. I think you will find loads more detail if you don't set the black of the background so black. Have a look at the levels and you'll probably find the there's quite a lot of data missing. Should look spectacular then:) HTH.
