Very nice service from Allekabels.nl

I wanted a dedicated 6V battery for my GP mount with Skywatcher dual axis drive motors, and potentially for use with the EQ3-2 as well, especially at outreach events. I found a decently priced 12Ah one at Allekabels.nl, and duly ordered it. A package arrived promptly the next day, only for me to discover it was a 4.5Ah version.

I phoned their customer service line, and they concluded quickly there had been a mix-up on their side, and two batteries had been sent to the wrong people. They duly dispatched another 12Ah one, which arrived a day later. 

I asked them how I should return the other, and they told me I could no doubt find some use for it, and could keep it. Nice service, I would say. I will indeed use it for outreach, in particular.
