Messier M33 using C11 and Hyperstar with ATIK 4120OSC camera

Taken Thursday night from my ror shed. Around 3.5 hours subs at f/2 550mm on C11 using Atik 4120EX and Mesu 200 mount.

9 x 300s and 16 x 600s subs

 

I think I need more flats to take away the vignetting.

M33 looks good, but the background is rather red...... it would be worth going into colour balance in PS and in the shadows lowering the red and magenta.

Looks good indeed. Did you use flats? The bright corners suggest that they overcorrected the vignetting. The few images taken with sc scopes, that I have processed all had vignetting that was almost impossible to remove with gradient removal tools.

Thanks for your comments Sara and Wim.

I reprocessed with the latest release of PixInsight which has a script PhotometricColourcalibration which, I think, automatically adjust colour to some table. I'm not sure.

I have tried not to process too much. Its very easy for me to get carried away and stretch images to their limits 

How does this look?

Looks good. Just don't move the blackpoint too far in when stretching. I can't judge this on my mobile phone, but it seems close to clipping.
