Aurora possibility again

Auroral activity on amateur radio. There has been a jump to Kp6, so chums in the north keep your eyes peeled

I was just about to go looking for you on that other thread to say that it doesnt look as strong as the last one so didnt want to send you off to a windy reservoir un-warned

Aye... it was a bit desolate and eerie out there in the moors.   Although it's clear now and the Moon has waned into the early hours, so atmospherically better conditions than last time.

Maybe I'll wait for the next KP 9  event.....

This is my record of the previous outing .... the best it ever got...

Just popped outside and the sky is full of closely packed fast moving cumulus with a higher cirrus overcast.

Aint no Aurorae going to be seen here tonight
