I had another go at this region, using a UHC filter which enabled a higher iso to be used. I got more of the nebulosity and its better than my last effort...

19 X 5 min, iso 1600, F5, 100d, 50mm 1.8 lens, darks and bias, DSS and PS. tracked on EQ5 pro.

Well done. Have you thought of trying at lower ISO values, there's information on the Canon 100D here-http://sensorgen.info/CanonEOS-100D.html and the different electron saturation levels at the various ISO values? With your f/1.8 lens you are hoovering the photons fast.

Here is another version that used 49 X 5 min subs. More heavily cropped because the extra subs all had trees interfering to a greater or lesser extent.
