OBS DESIGN

Hi ,

It has come the time when in fed up of lugging equipment in and out of the house so I'm planning on building a obs.

the design I'm thinking about is a modded pent roof shed but instead of building a support frame behind or to the side of it i decided the space could be utilised by making it a small warm room by paneling out the support frame and putting a dividing wall between the obs area and where the support frame for the roof would be i have done a very crude drawing in photoshop what do you think ?

Chris, there's no reason why that design should'nt work for you.

However, I don't know how tall you are, but the height in that warmroom looks extremely low, unless of coarse the obsy section is quite tall, but then you'd need quite a tall pier.

That’s very close to the one I have in mind.

Just the pier’s at the other end, still trying to decide on 10x8 or 12x8 pent shed, the height to eaves is 6ft 2 and height to ridge 6ft 8"

warm room would be low but only intend to be seated in there with a lappy and a nice cup of coffee .
