dob base paint

Hi all,

I have a plywood dob base that I made which needs painting black rather than the bare wood colour and wonder which paint or stain you would recommed ?

Im after a smooth matt finish.

the paint i used is lovely, its non reflective, bonds to any surface and can be bought at b & q

its made by fortress and its one coat non reflective black
