Down in Cornwall for a few days and have managed some imaging for the first time this Autumn. Conditions haven't been the best, even when it's looked clear there has been a fair bit of cirrus about, but have managed to get some decent time in.

First time using the Samyang 14mm f2.8 lens on a tracking mount, this is a single 3 minute sub with a rough colour balance. I have about 10 of these but I'm not sure they are worth stacking as there is too much cloud coming across from the right and top. Still, it's a nice result for 3 minutes.

Also put the camera on a fixed tripod for some 30 second snaps of the XRT-C 4.5 metre radio dish under construction at Caradon Observatory.

Think I prefer the composition on the second one, just a shame about all the cloud on the left.

All shot with the modded 1100D, hope you like them.
