Help with Canon 20D and Windows 10

Hello, 

Having taken a gamble on a fairly cheap 20D (Digic 2) Canon DSLR, I find that Windows 10 does not want to know about it. There are no drivers later than Windows XP. Even then, having managed to connect the camera to the ancient XP laptop, I can shoot and download exposures up to 30 seconds, anything higher requires special cable. Not sure if it's going to be any use to me but I thought I would check with others here in case there's some kind of magic solution that I haven't considered yet.

Try BackyardEOS, it can control Digic2 cameras

With BYE you need a serial connection to the shutter socket, the 20D doesn't have shutter control on its USB.

Thanks! I know there's no getting around the extra shutter control cable needed for >30 second bulb exposures. I was hoping that I could still use it with a Windows 10 (64-bit) system, but apparently not.
