nicoscy Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 I find that anything in the 82 degree + range makes me subconsciously ignore the field stop of the eyepiece. I also get the same when binoviewing the moon with anything in the 60 degree + range. Once you start ignoring (for whatever reason) the field stop of the eyepiece, you start floating in the image...
