If all I was wanting to run was Sequence Generator Pro to image in the field. I've never used SGP but I have used a much lower spec netbook for imaging before with APT/PHD/EqMod (deep sky) and firecapture (Moon/planets) without significant problems. Plate solving was a bit slow buts that's all.
