Another Milky Way

On Friday night last week, me, my brother my friend went to our local dark sky site.

Using the modified 6D for the first time at a dark site, it was more of a practice / test visit than anything. Plus we had the big dob out so all was well!

Here's a composite of the Cassiopeia / Andromeda up to the Cygnus region. I'm amazed at the number of clear orange and blue stars in this image!

9 frames taken with a Baader modified Canon 6D, 15 seconds, ISO 12800, stacked and aligned manually in Photoshop, tweaked in Lightroom.

Although being super critical, the focus looks slightly off, this has to be my best attempt so far.

You managed to capture both the NA nebula and Andromeda nicely, as well as the Heart & Soul nebulae.
