DSS Output File Can Not Found

Last November when I first installed Parallels and Windows to use DSS on my Mac, I had pretty good success. I had to put that aside until Saturday last when I made a stack to process. Everything goes normally, but when I go to the location of the Output File, nothing's there. A half dozen more processes, changing location of the Output File, and it's not appeared so far. The other side of the "Free" coin is now apparent with no way to contact the developer to solve this. I'm hoping that with so many DSS users on this board someone may have a clue.
