Best focal length for solar?

Hi, I was wondering about this as I have some Baader solar film and the option of making a filter for a f6 scope or an f11.4 scope which I can stop down to about f18/20.

Any advice appreciated.

The F11.4 would probably be the best. Too short = too bright and too long = too faint.
