Webcam adapter with built in IR filter

Hi

I have just bought a spc 900 to try out and need to order a nosepiece and IR filter. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the nose piece with the IR filter built in? are they any good compared to the seperate IR filter I could screw on? or should I buy separate?

I think I'll just go for the cheaper option, can't really find very much  information comparing them to regular screw on ir filter and the camera has only cost me £7 anyway. Might as well take a punt... unless anyone suggests otherwise?

maybe leave your options open and buy them separate, so you can change the filter.
