First Moon Picture

Still just trying things out as I get into astronomy and have a go at photos.

Set-up is Skywatcher Skymax 127 Goto. Sony Alpha 57 SLT camera. Mounted using 2x Barlow.. Seeing seemed good so took a series of stills and used Photoshop to merge them (like a panorama)

Result! Which I'm quite pleased with.

Nice shot(s). Well done. You even managed to capture the Cauchy fault in the Mare Tranquillitatis.
