just a quick question I have to buy a power supply for a Neq6 would a 12v 5amp be ok thx Jonn

The NEQ6 draws less than 2amps so you'll be fine. Most mass market mounts barely draw 1amp John. I use the Maplins XM21X regulated power supply with no troubles: http://www.firstlightoptics.com/power-accessories/maplins-xm21x-7a-138v-regulated-mains-power-supply.html

Many thanks for that Brantuk I was just thinking about buying a cheap adapter from the bay that will do the job.What does annoy me is that you spend nearly a grand and they do not supply you with a adapter to try it out other than that it seems a good bit of kit.

you can run more devices with ease. I use one of these to run two EQ6's, some dew bands and other bits & pieces simultaneously.
