How to post images?

Hi

Is there a primer on how to upload and prepare images. I have some JPEGs I want to share but I m noit clear how to upload them for review? Also they are quite meaty bfiles at 4Mb, do I need to reduce the image size?

There are two options to upload images to SGL.

First is to "click here to upload images an Image" underneath the reply box. You need a UKastronomers account for this option (which is free).

The second is to click on Additional options again just underneath this post box on the left.

Option one can take files or almost any size, the second option which is uploading directly to SGL is limited to 4 images per post maximum size 200K per image.
