Google Play App of the Week - Sky Walk 2

Sky Walk 2 is Googles app of the week and set me back the princely sum of 10p! One of the nicer mobile planetarium programs I have used, none of this silly GPS pointing nonsense that simply doesn't work. I'm using an old Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and it seems to work really nicely with very pretty imagery, smooth UI and intuitive settings. Having had a play around with it I would have no concerns recommending it to someone needing a basic mobile planetarium to help them learn the constellations or find the planets. There are add-ons that can be bought to enhance it's capabilities so may make it more useful to the more experienced amateur but I have not ventured there yet.

For 10p I was pretty happy.
