Celestron 25x70 sky watchers binoculars

These binoculars are on Amazon for £64 at the moment, are they worth buying? Please advise.

I had a grand experience yesterday. I found a pair of Celestron 25 X 70 binoculars "broken" for sale on E-Bay (USA) for $38.00 US. I just couldn't help but take a look at them. Who knows, maybe I could fix them? Well it turned out that the "defect" was that the magnification zooming lever was missing, but other than that, they worked well. The WHAT? I read it several times and even looked up the  model number on Google. Celestron 25 X 70 binoculars are NOT zoom! So I bought them. They even included the extra cost tripod adapter with it. Such a deal ! All for less than 1/2 price. I really should feel guilty about this, but I don't.
