From previous postings the general recommendation is the ELA DD822 http://www.dry-it-out.com/DD822-Graphite-dehumidifier which retails around £180.

Maplin have what looks like the same model with different branding for £140 http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/8-l-desiccant-dehumidifierlaundry-dryer-with-2-l-tank-and-ioniser-a76rg

Has anyone got the Maplin version and is it the same as the ELA DD822?

There is also a white version from dry it out that is currently on offer at £159: http://www.dry-it-out.com/Neostar-Dehum3-White-desiccant-dehumidifier

All I can say is the after sales service from DIO is superb...

I used to keep a greenhouse frost heater in the obs as well to keep the temp above freezing to keep the dehumidifier happy... also watch if you go for the continuous drain facility that the pipe doesn't freeze up... If it does the water will backup into the tank and the dehumidifier switch off when it's full...
