Finderscope Camera Replacement

Anyone know of a good camera that i could mount on my scope that could replace my finderscope. I have tried webcams in the past but they just don't do the job, at least not the ones i have tried.

I'm thinking of a remote setup scenario

I use a ST-80 plus a Lodestar as a Finder Scope, although there are a shed load of other CCD's out there, it also doubles as a guide scope with PHD.....

I already have a finder guider what im looking at is a much wider field of view, as the naked eye would see it. Maybe not a fisheye lens but something in between.
