Polar scopes

I know they have an erect image but do they have reversed left right? I'm trying to use 'Clay's Kochab Clock' method of polar align as it seems pretty straightforward, but my tracking was way off the first time I tried it.

Polar scopes have an inverted image just like a finder scope.

Definately an inverted image. As an alternative have you tried POLARFINDER V2.04 By Dr.Jason Dale. It gives a graphical representation of what the polar finder image should be.
