Starfish attempt + funky images through focal reducer.

Guessing not best idea to image through focal reducer.  Andromeda ended up inside a circle in a circle in a circle, not counting her circles.  Mine's prob meant to brighten eyepieces for viewing.

On a better note, first cluster shots with Nikon through 5" SCT and some Fall leaves still hanging on..

What spacing are you using between the reducer and the camera?

It should be close to 110mm from the reducer to the CCD chip.

About 85mm, will try moving it back another 1/2" take some flats at different lengths and see, just eyeballing through the reducer I can get an idea what you are saying.  Thanks !
