Saturn & Titan 6th May 2008

Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I just thought i'd share an image of Saturn and Titan that i captured on the 6th of May at 10.30pm GMT +1. The image was taken with a DMK21AF04.AS mono camera and an Astronimik RGB filter set. Exposure was roughly a minute for each channel. Hope you all like.

Thanks for the comment. Your dead right. Rhea, Tethys and Dione are in there. But they are very faint.

Hi Boris, firstly a warm welcome to SGL :wave: . Secondly, congratulations on a cracking image of Saturn, you've picked up a lot of detail on the surface as well as many moons. A program such as Stellarium (free) will be able to tell you which moons are which if you are interested.

shot with the moons of the second as they are reaaly good.

Yes Boris, we do indeed like. That's a super image of the planet and some of her babies, very nicely framed and captured.
