Yes, I agree. 2013 image is better than 2015. Less ISO and better focus.

2013 was done with Canon 350D - ISO 200 - 21 x 2 min (42 min) - If you click on the image you can see it with actual resolution

2015 was done with Canon 1100D - ISO 800 - 5 x 2 min (10 min)

The visibility and seeing have influence, also.

I will try again with ISO 200. I believe that for this cluster ISO 800 saturates the core.

If you search photos from this cluster at Internet you will see that all them have the core saturated, except those from space telescopes like Hubble and Chandra.

Actually this cluster is very very difficult to shot. It is a challenge !
