Great customer care from Terry Platt at SX.

I had an older version guide camera and was having a few problems with it. Terry reviewed some images taken with it for me and advised me of improvements he could do.

For what I consider to be a nominal fee, Terry's done wonders with it.

It might as well be a completely new camera. Thanks Terry.

I think attention to detail for customers like this, regardless of the age of product, is exceptional.

I couldn't agree more Barry. I have contacted Terry Platt a couple of times, and I was very impressed with his obvious dedication to his work.

His willingness to help is very encouraging, especially to a newbie. He answered a couple of queries for me, and insisted I don't hesitate to email him with any problems I may have with my camera.
