I need a thumb screw

I have just recieved my 130pds however one of the thumb screws which allows the 2" adapter to be fitted is bent.

It does screw in a little way and I can get it out but would prefer to replace as I will be hanging my dslr off it!

Where can I get replacements.

Does anyone know the thread size etc.

This was a second hand purchase.
