Hi guys

Here is the Cave nebula  (Caldwell 9) 

Imaged from Newton Aycliffe,  Always wanted to try for this target , Its a faint beast, probably not the best time of year to capture it as its low down.

Details

FSQ85, SX694 ccd

15 x 15 minute subs in Ha,  and 20min each RGB

I do have about 3 hours of Oiii data, so hoping to get some Sii data to try produce a complete narrowband image.

I like it Paul, you may want to give it a hit of HLVG or SCNR in Pixinsight, there looks to a be a bit of a green tinge lingering!

Super result, Paul, but my initial reaction, before scrolling down to his post, was the same as Callum's. Just that bit of green noise gone and you're in with a real winner. This is indeed faint and I love your framing, which is always tricky on this one.
