Just looked out of the bedroom window and noticed the Moon and Venus were staring at me, so I grabbed the camera and took this shot.

Edit: Title was supposed to say waxing and Venus obviously....D'oh! Fat fingers again...

Just saw the same view down the edge of my house while setting up my scope. Looks like a promising night to come!
