Attempt At Processing Old Images

Much to my dismay, it seems that when I installed Win 8.1 on my laptop, somehow all original data for my Canon 350D first light has gone missing.  I was looking to seeing what I could do with my images from that outing, now that I have Photoshop 2.0 (it was donated to me so I shall not complain about it being out of date, its better than nothing).  If it is possible to even slightly tweak these images, could someone give me a few pointers on technique and methods.  Step by step would be ideal as I have next to zero clue on what I'm doing. Thanks

LP taken out using online tutorial for GIMP.  Now working on noise reduction.  Pretty happy with my effort.
