200x with small apo refractors ?

My short focal length eyepieces are Pentax XW's and Tele Vue Radians in 5mm, 4mm, 3.5mm and 3mm focal lengths. The Radians can be found for under £100 on the used market (like I did  ) and are excellent performers for that sort of investment. I had the 3.5mm nagler T6 for a while and that was pretty good too. More £'s than a Radian though.

After trying a friend's 3mm EP in my ED80, I bought a WO 3mm, giving x200 (scope is 600mm fl) - arrived today. Fortunately, the seeing here tonight is pretty good!

Very satisfied - still pretty sharp on Jupiter and moons, and several favourite doubles....... Certainly no obvious image degradation compared with x160.
