Astronomy in the Netherlands

I am spending my holiday in Amsterdam. Any suggestion for astronomy turism. Planetarium observatory etc?

Near Amsterdam is the city of Haarlem. The Tylers Museum, which is a great science museum, and has a huge collection of old instruments, including telescopes by Ramsden and Herschel last time I was there.

The museum is quite good. Amazing instruments for scientific research. Unfortunately they didn't let me to climb to the observatory. It is only open few days a year. Crazy to think that all that research was done in the middle of a big city when there was no light pollution.
