Hi! Welcome to SGL.

I was quite entertained to see you're in a really similar situation to myself. I live on the Wirral Also, and have just recently joined, and am looking for my first Scope. Also been considering the 150/200p skywatchers, looking at dobs or EQ mounts etc. It is a problem that there are no local stores anywhere local that I know of to go and see these things in the flesh! - I see you got the 130p. when we have some cloudless nights i'll make sure to check in and see whet you think of it!
 

You should get some cracking views from the motorhome spots you've mentioned, nice dark sites. I'm sure you'll be making some people pretty jealous.

anyways - I've never read so much since joining the site, so I really hope you get as much information and help from the site as I have!
