Another Saturn image

Not a very good one though. Tal 200K plus Tal 2X Barlow. 5FPS Toucam, 2 AVIs of ~3minutes each resampled 2X in Registax.

Must remember to use the UV/IR block filter next time.

How do you manage 5 FPS? When ever I try that on Saturn K3 drops 50% of the frames. :?

Make sure that the camera settings are also set to 5fps.

10fps works, but the compression is supposed to become an issue so I tried 5fps. I don't get dropped frames usually anyway. The focus is as good as the seeing would allow, which is not much good.

I've tried that too. It only happens when I'm imaging Saturn. I wonder if it's anything to the dimness of the image?

That's a huge Saturn KK. Hope you get another go with better seeing mate.

Did three with the 4X, but they're not liking being Registaxed.

Will keep bashing at them though, you never know.

You know, I really don't think the UV/IR block does anything for Saturn.
