problem installing pixinsight

Hi,

 can anyone help me,i have just bought pixinsight but have a problem installing.I had the trial version but did'nt uninstall it through the pixinsight uninstall,now each time i enter username and password it says access denied incorrect user credentials,can anyone please help me.

If you read the instructions that were in the e-mail that came with you licence, you will see what to do.

You must uninstall the trial version properly before attempting to install the commercial license, that is made clear in the instructions. If you continue to have problems then email Juan at PI, he will sort you out, good guy.
