You can definnately mount your camera, I just don't know what you would need.

Which EQ mount came with your setup is it the EQ3-2?

It came with an EQ4 mount. Looks like it is a discontinued model and definitely it's no EQ3-2 mount

Why not post a photo of the head of the mount so people can see what you have?

I sort of dove into the deep end myself. If you want to see DSO's in all their glory AP is where you need to be. Even in large aperture DOBs I never saw what I wanted to see. To each his/her own.
