Deja-vu in H-alpha? That filament looks familiar

Looking at an image from January 17, I spotted several similiarities with the current mega filament. Comparing these images:

Jan 17:

February 6:

The 19 days passed between these shots, so the filaments might be the same. The tail end looks very similar too. It is much longer now, of course.

Interesting comparison, when I looked on Saturday, it appeared to stretch from the 1o'clock position all the way to the centre (think it was about 10:30). Lovely clear pictures by the way.

Maybe I found another instance, right on the edge of this disc taken on Jan 22. Right at the western edge there is a faint sigmoid shape:

Interesting comparison, when I looked on Sunday i could not beleive how far it stretched! Even my non astro freinds were impressed.
