IC1805 narrowband processing - a learning curve

Hey

My first attempt at Ha and OIII processing is below:

3.5 hours OIII and 2.5 hours Ha

Ha mapped to red

OIII mapped to blue and green

I stacked OIII and Ha independently then put them into PS using the clipping layer masks method.

OIII was green and blue, Ha was red channel.

I hadn't realised I could align stacks from different evenings using DSS and the 'use as reference frame' option. Star alignment is a bit off. 

My second attempt used the newly learnt skill off DSS reference frames. See below:

I took a bit of artistic license to the above and changed the hue on the red (Ha) channel.

Comments good and bad appreciated

Very nice, interesting colour scheme, it seems months since I did any serious NB imaging and it won't be tonight by the look of it.
