X2c to reducer adapter?

Hi,

Maybe someone can tell me if such a thing exist? I want to use my WO focal reducer/field flat with a X2c. It has 42mm male threads on the end. So a 42mm female to 1-1/4" locking eyepiece holder or 2" (I could use a 1-1/4 reducer)? Will this work?I guess it's made to attach directly to a camera, but at 42mm it is larger than the x2c. Would the spacing be to much? Help!

Hi Richard,

Doc is correct, the thread on the FR is a male T thread. The adapter he linked will work, but it will have a fixed spacing. You could also use this adapter that will give you a male SCT thread. Then you can use any SCT visual back that would allow you to position the Lodestar at a variable spacing. And, you can still use filters.
