Rosette from 4th, modded 400D first light

Tried the Rosette last night with my recently (self) modded Baader 400D just to see the improvement at the Ha end.

Just about 18 x 3min subs with darks @iso800 via WO ZS80IIED scope on EQ6Pro guided with QHY5/PHD on ZS66

Will try again with more and longer subs to get deeper and smoother result (but it may be next year!)

Well, Mark, there's plenty of red in there! Are you generally pleased with your mod. - it looks like it is doing the biz?

When you did your darks, did you let the camera do them in between each 'light' image or did you take some at the end or some other time?

Steve, I just take some dark exposures after the lights with the cap on the scope, in fact I did a nice set of subs on M81 & M82 with the cap left on last night!
