Coma Corrector Has Arrived

I have been using my 12" F4 dob for about a year now. I was given excellent advice from some of you OOUK owners on here at the time & a paracorr was a recommendation. The coma had become increasingly more apparent as time had gone by so a corrector was on my wish list.

Despite watching ABS daily, a second hand paracorr seemed as rare as hens teeth. So when telescope house emailed me to say they had 10% off this last weekend I clicked the buy now button. They seemed to be the cheapest online price & the extra discount swayed the decision. 

So I am now excited at the prospect of using it & as is often the case, the cloud cover for the next week has rolled in.

Funny I got mine from them at this time last year but got an extra discount by getting it a the hertsy astro fest it will make a heck of a difference clear skies!
