X-Cel LX's and Eyeglass Wearers

Going to pull the trigger shortly on Celestron's X-Cel Lx 9mm and 5mm eyepieces. Any glasses wearers out there currently using these?

I think that the 16mm eye relief should be ok for me, but would welcome any feedback from other users who wear glasses with these.

Should be fine to use with specs. Very nice eyepieces BTW

I use the 5mm and 7mm and although I have no problems wearing glasses I prefer to extend the eye shields and view without.  I find this  cuts out more stray light.

I've got a couple of x-cels, I've used them several times with my glasses with no problems. With the eyecups extended it does help with locating your eye.

They are not really that parfocal a little focusing is needed, but they are very good value for money.

With the 25mm on my newt I managed to pick out M13, M27, M29, M56, M57, M71 & M92 within a couple of hours. With my mak & 9mm I've spent hours watching transits & the GRS on Jupiter.

I also wear glasses and can confirm that the X-Cel LX's will work very well indeed. Really happy with my set.
