Autoguiding with losmandy G11 and ASI120MM

Hi can anyone help, my old ST4 autoguider doesn't work anymore so im hoping to, on a budget use the following........my mount is a losmandy G11, ive also got a ASI120MM camera with autoguider port with cables, and ive got a trial running version of astro art......my question is do I need any more equipment, or do I have everthing I need, without having to spend more money?? Im unsure as before I had the ST4 unit/panel, and don't know for sure...........many thanks.

Is your mount ascom compatible ? If so you could use pulse guiding with PHD and Eqmod, the asi works well as a guide scope and you'll have no need to use st4 guide ports.

Does your G11 have the Gemini controler? If so then using PHD is the best option - far more configurable. I use a Lodestar with my G11 but prior to that used a QHY5L-II.

I don't have the Gemini system, and its old, so its not really "up to speed with the newer configurations.

I was just trying to work out what my expense may be if I needed any extra hardware, ect...ect..
