M3, A Quick 12x180s

Hi,

I did this early this morning, 16X180s  subs were taken but I only used 12 as the passing clouds and a slight problem with guiding ruined a few of the subs.

12 X 180s, Atik 428EXC, IDAS D1 LP filter, HEQ5 guided by PHD whit high  Dither and 50mm guider with ASI120MM. Stacked in DSS with full calibration frames , processed in PI and tweaked in PS. A couple of the stars look a bit odd due to my usual inadequate masking but as whole it is an acceptable image I think.

You've achieved a good colour balance with this, and well-saturated star colours too. I like it

Well done, a pleasing image that.  Any AP from the UK skies of late is a result indeed.
