ASI 120 Mono and PST

Hello How do H Alpha images from the ASI120 mono come out when used with a PST? From some of the images i see alot seem to have lines and banding interference? Dont seem to get that prob from my Firewire DMK?

I got banding issues with the ASI130MM, and very little in the DMK. The CMOS chips of the ASI cameras seem to be affected more than the CCDs of the DMKs. I do recall seeing some good results with the ASI120MM however. Not sure where, alas.

The ASI120 gets decent reviews. want to do solar with a PST but ive heard afew people having issues with lines in the image?

I think but I don't know for sure that there are ways to combat it, taking flats maybe?

Also I'm sure I have seen that if you tilt the camera in the holder slightly, there may even be an adapter for that. Hopefully somebody who knows can say for certain.
