Waxing Moon setting over the hills (widedfield) -Need advice

Hello,

Snapped two shots of the moon last night (5/1/2014) as it was setting over the hills, for a panoramic view. Used the 200mm f2.8 prime lens from Cannon, on the 60D (stock).

1 second exp, 1000 iso.

I havent spent any time processing this, besides photomerge. But would like to hear anybody's suggestion on dealing with the noise in this image by using such a high iso. Can I apply a flat to a single image? Is it worth it? Or are there some filters I should try using in photoshop to smooth out the grainy texture? Maybe a noise/median filter?

Open to sugestions.

Thanks!
