mog3768
Went out early tonight to catch Mars before the Moon came up over the nearby hill and it was worth it. It was windy and a little misty so was not expecting much but it was the best view in weeks. Could make out shading and the Polar Cap I was using my Equinox 120 and BST8mm so swapped to 12mm BST and Celestron CL x2 barlow that really improved things. I don't have any EP's less than 8mm but will belooking for some at this years astronomy show.As usual the whisky was poured ready and waiting ,what a wife and she likes Astronomy. oldpink
I'd settle for a beer, not a Whisky fan (I know I'm Scottish, but I just don't like Whisky, or any other spirits for that matter)
