Starting out with the Neximage 5

Evening Folks

Had the mak out tonight to see if I could grab an pic with a Celestron Neximage 5 that I've been lent.

Just wondered if anyone could give a few useful parameters....frames per second, resolution, gain etc.

The tool bar with the gain and focus would not work for some reason? 

Managed one ropey fly-buy video of Jupiter (I have no drives) before the cloud rolled in, was all good fun!

Bit of a thread hijack here - Just wondered if people are using this camera and how good it is? I was looking at it yesterday and there is some good results on youtube, but is it anything that cant be achieved with a webcam at a fraction of the price?

I have botha Xbox cam and a neximage cam. I find the neximage better than the xbox camera but not a vast amount better. I find it a bit easy to set up and use where the Xbox cam has given me problems in getting a clear image. That might be though to me and the way I set it up.
